Eric answered his phone in four rings while he was on a job. He relayed to me his availability and let me know he would contact me if he was unable to make it or running behind. He assured me he would make it out to us though. He called after he was unable to reach me via text to let me know he would be at my house around 2:30 to 2:45. He arrived at 2:35, asked questions to get to troubleshooting where the blockage was in the mainline. Wood plumbing Services took amazing care of our project. We had multiple leaks on a rental property. They visited the site almost immediately, reported back same day on the findings, offered solutions and we scheduled the job. The next day the job was completed and they left the place as clean and nice as when they arrived. Wood Plumbing is our first and only choice for our personal home and rental properties.
