Eric answered his phone in four rings while he was on a job. He relayed to me his availability and let me know he would contact me if he was unable to make it or running behind. He assured me he would make it out to us though. He called after he was unable to reach me via text to let me know he would be at my house around 2:30 to 2:45. He arrived at 2:35, asked questions to get to troubleshooting where the blockage was in the mainline.
