My clients closed escrow and we had a bid from a plumber. When he came to the house, he actually increased the bid. We ended up getting rid of the previous plumber. We hired Eric Wood and he was very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner for a fraction of the price. I will highly recommend him to anybody and all my clients in the future.
