Ronky donk for sure. Old musty Dr N is cool staff is fine super behind. Slow to process paper work and set up appointments or ask for release of medical records (currently a 10-18 day or more turnaround).
I have had positive experiences with all appointments at this group. Dr. NALLA is a kind doctor. She listens to issues, she is diirect and caring. As a psychiatrist, her role is prescribing medication if appropriate. She monitors the effects of the medication by appropriately spaced appointments or responds to a phone call if I have a concern about the medication effects. If I need to talk with her before my next appointment, I am able to schedule an appointment quickly.I see other comments about waiting past appointment times. That has happened, infrequently. Reminder system "down" also means you can't get the link sent to you either.The oh well approach is great too. If you're system is down, figure something else out after 3 months of it not working "for a some clients."I put reminders on my phone but I can't get the link unless they send it to you.
