The best selection of original, beautiful, fashionable and classical frames I’ve seen in any one store. I have been looking for new glasses for a long time and I liked so many in the store I could easily have bought several. It was hard to narrow my choices down to one pair. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the frames. The staff allow you to browse without bothering you but are ready to help and let you take down as many pairs as you want without them being chained or behind glass. It’s a very easy experience. I love that for every pair sold a pair is given to someone in need. I am so happy with my new frames. Highly recommend.
I stopped in hoping to get 3 sets of older frames adjusted and luckily Maddie was able to take me immediately. She was so kind and fixed everything. She made it an easy errand and even did everything within time constraints as I was trying to make a bus transfer. Several people came in behind me and the store was very busy all of a sudden. Maddie worked diligently and efficiently but never batted an eye or rushed me when I needed to make a couple of adjustments. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience in any Warby Parker store, but this was my first visit to this location and Maddie set a high bar. Thanks so much for your help!
Wide variety of frames to choose from. My sales associate was patient, knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, made excellent suggestions, willing to go the extra mile, kind and considerate. Incredible service = repeat customers.
