It takes a week to put a few stitches and take out a 1 cm long hairline ink mark, apparently. I knew I was pushing it too far getting the dress ready so close to the day when I was supposed to wear it, but I honestly thought I wasn't asking for much. The few stitches were to be put on the cutouts on the sides of the dress to make them a little shorter. Here I present to you the artwork that I took home yesterday. Please look at the photoraphs to understand what kind of work I am talking about. The stain is gone, great job on that. But the seamstress work is a joke. These guys are as good as it gets when it comes to cleaners/tailors! I have been coming here for their normal laundry service for probably a year every week or two, and they always get it done reliably and on time. More recently I've asked them for some tailoring work, mostly pants and simpler things but one very difficult down jacket where the zipper needed to be redone and everything. Not only was the work beautiful, but I was only charged for the original quoted price, rather than what the work should actually cost when you factor in the time it took! Amazing! Take your clothes here!

These people are wonderful. I've been using them for several years and have never had a delay, a mixup, or any other problem. Both owners are also always friendly and sweet. Excellent customer service, a personal touch, accommodating, and professional.
