Outstanding customer service and a really superb selection of frames. It was chance that I ended up looking at glasses in this boutique the first time but I’ve come back time and again because I am so well taken care of. I was a customer for many years of the Los Feliz location of Paris Optique--run by brother Sevan until it closed. After that, I used other optometrists but was never entirely satisfied. So this year, I made the trek to Studio City where I met Haig and got the amazing service and care I was used to from Sevan! Far more valuable than the excellent selection of frames is the expert knowledge and advice provided by Haig. He recommended a different shaped frame which would work better with my prescription. And boy was he right! I have much better access to the reading portion of my progressive lens than before. If you're looking for a bargain--go elsewhere. But if you're interested in expert knowledge, excellent workmanship and terrific selection of frames this is the ONLY place to go. The value is unbeatable.
