It was my first time getting a full blood analysis, and it was really interesting to learn more about how my body works. Sofia was wonderful — she explained everything clearly, from what’s needed to what’s not, and her advice on daily habits and supplements was incredibly helpful. I'm from Brazil, I made a trip to California this summer, and contacted Novus Center for taking a P-Shot, as this treatment is not available in Brazil. I made an appointment by e-mail, everything simple and easy. I arrived at the appoointed time and was greeted by Glen (I'm not sure, but I think he is the manager). After the paperwork, he explained in detail how the procedure is made. I'm somewhat shy, but everything was made in a way so natural and professional that even being shy, I had not problem at all. I was diagnosed 11 years ago with autoimmune hypothyroidism, and gastroparesis. Amazingly I found out about the Novus Center on YouTube. I then contacted them and Cameron Garcia answered. He was very interested and so kind. He very patiently answered all of my questions (there were many, and he still answers them when I need him to.). He helped me walk through all of the process. Living in SouthEast Ga. , I needed to travel to Cali. for my initial visit. He was there for me, even on my trip.
