Giggi is the absolute BEST. She is so knowledgeable about Pilates and has modified my practice really thoughtfully to help avoid and heal some chronic injuries. Most importantly, she makes it FUN while really pushing me to work hard. She is a brilliant instructor, if you’re in the Studio City area I would highly, highly recommend training with her.
Giggi is truly an exceptional Pilates instructor. What sets her apart for me is not just her technical expertise, but the genuine care she brings to every class. I can feel that she’s deeply invested in my progress. She pays close attention, corrects with precision, and always ensures I’m getting the most out of each movement.
