“I was in need of a Hydrafacial after returning from an 8-night stay in Saint Lucia, managing a new home purchase in LA, and running three companies. My wife warned me, "Ameen, if you don't get a Hydrafacial today, I'll be doing the extractions myself!" Today was hectic from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM, but I was lucky to speak with Adriana, the Clinic Manager, at 3:50 PM. She managed to fit me in with Katarina for a 5 PM Hydrafacial. From my first call to arriving at My Botox LA, everyone was so welcoming and professional. The location was clean, comforting, and spacious, and my Hydrafacial wasn't rushed. Katie was thorough, informative, and made it one of the best Hydrafacial experiences I've had. Although my wife and I own two medical spas, I couldn't visit ours today, and we don't offer the Hydrafacial at our LA location yet. I believe there's enough business for everyone, so I'm more than happy to support another medspa. I highly recommend booking with My Botox LA if you need a Hydrafacial. “I was using a different injector (not naming names)--someone really popular on Ventura who's booked out months in advance. After my Botox appointment, a nerve on one side of my mouth was affected and I ended up with an uneven smile.

I went back to her to try to correct it (which, to be fair, can happen with any injector). She injected the opposite side in an attempt to balance things out, but even after two and a half weeks, my smile was still noticeably off. What really disappointed me was the lack of follow-up--no check-in, no text, no call. When I reached out, I was brushed off and was told, it will go away and maybe go see a specialist to see if I have Bell's palsy if it persists

At that point, I went to Lilit. The level of care and professionalism on her was next level AND and she fixed the issue--properly.

She is truly a master at her craft. She knows exactly what she's doing, has been doing this for many years, and prioritizes patient care over social media presence and hype. The difference was immediate--not just in the result, but in the way she showed up.

Since then, I've referred many of my clients to Lilit, and every single one has been beyond happy thanking me for the referral.

“Little Bit treated me to a Birthday gift card ((smile)) so I was excited to have the experience. It was hot as Hades outside but I arrived early and (since I read other reviews) knew the seating area would be outdoors so I brought my water flask. Clean cool environment inside, soothing vibes upon entry. Tracy has such a calming presence. Our session began with Tracy asking me questions about my regiment - which is pretty much non-existent (eye roll *yea I know I suck at taking care of my face) She explained that she conducts her facials as she sees what is best for the Client, after observing their skin pfft sounds good to me, saying that be aware that not all standard traditional facial products or procedures maybe needed for your session and trust that Tracy will do what is right for your skin. “Hidden Gem in the Valley. If you are looking for a one stop beauty shop this is it. I've totally neglected myself and in desperate need of some Anti-aging treatments. I made an appointment and went in. The staff is awesome. My treatments were painless and I could already see results before I left the office. The nurse Aida gave me an Anti-Aging treatment plan which I will be following accordingly. She is so sweet, professional and truly cares about your results. She is amazing with needle and my Botox kicked in right away. My lip flip looks like I have filler! The hair laser to the face and body was easy! My leg hairs never grew back thanks to Aida and I never have to shave them! Thank you Aida I will be back in 2 weeks for my next step! Thankful to know about this place. I called and booked an appointment and the girl on the phone was so sweet and helpful booking my appointment. I came in yesterday and was warmly welcomed.
