Absolutely terrible. I bought a Groupon and I followed the instructions that they wrote on Groupon. Turns out that what they wrote on Groupon is not actually what they honor (and Reception acknowledged that this is what’s happening yet nobody’s doing anything to change it and they continue to let their customers be misled) and so I wasted my time and my money so I would recommend that you guys not deal with the same headache that I’ve been dealing with today. There’s plenty of other laser hair options out there so why deal with a place that isn’t going to be honest in their advertising and not honor what they’re saying they will. Been a resident of Studio City for years. Some friends and I were sitting outside enjoying the sun and a cup of coffee @ a seated table outside with some friends looking at the services this med spa offered and the owner or employee of this med spa (bleach blonde lady in pink scrubs) made us move as she didn’t want tables from the neighboring coffee shop “blocking the business front” — I was honestly appalled. This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood where we all care for each other. Who cares if there’s seating in front of your business? If anything, it brings publicity and potential customers.
