I hate to leave a bad review but today my blow-dry was NOT IT.
I asked for the usual “the cosmo” and sadly it felt so flat. It honestly feels like I should’ve just done it home because it’s not even wavy. I’m not very picky and i understand that through out the day your wave will loose up but for my hair to go flat within 2hrs is disappointing. My hairstylist was okay but ugh for the amount I paid I wish it would lasted me longer :(

I've only had good experiences coming here, but if you get Hope ask for anyone else. I was shocked when it was finished as I only asked for a Manhattan (basically straight) and it was poofy with my bangs STICKING STRAIGHT UP. I got home and my roomate was shocked as well and I instantly had to wash my hair and redo it. Horrible. I thought I was being punked.

What happened to this place? I really loved the service and the concept when I first started going here years ago. The prices have gone way up, which is understandable in this economy, but the quality and service has gone in the opposite direction. I decided my visit on Wednesday would be my last after (not for the first time) my service started over 20 minutes later than my appointment time. The air vents have been absolutely caked in dust, especially the one by the wash station. The phone chargers haven’t worked in years. Even after the major delay, I still wasn’t even offered water. Nearly $80 including tip just isn’t worth it.
