I received a very last minute request from my boss for 7 "holiday-like" bouquets in vases with 1 being more special than the others. I called Diana's Flowers expecting to be told that it wasn't enough notice to do so (4-5 hours) but she told me it would be no problem! She did an absolutely wonderful job and was super sweet. We ordered flowers online from Diana- the process could not have been more seamless and they were delivered easily! There was a small mixup with the flowers ordered, and the team was a pleasure to deal with - they immediately offered to replace them and sent a new bouquet the next day. wonderful customer service and gorgeous flowers!
