Big city music is amazing. Especially Roger. They have true care for the musician community and put players first.
I recently had a very expensive module fail, and even though I hadn’t purchased it from them, Roger spent time with me to help me debug my issue. For free. They get nothing out of it except for this glowing review, which they very much deserve.
TLDR, you are in very good hands with big city music. Buy stuff from them!

Great shop!! Ordered late in the afternoon soon before closing and they had product shipped in less than an hour. I don’t mean just a shipping label created in the USPS system, it was on its way to me! Roger and Jonathan were both very nice and professional. 2 thumbs up ? ?
