Never again,they're not organized,they don't return calls and the business is run like a third world country. Also the tax information was not accurate,there's hardly any parking and it's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Employees pretend to not understand English when asked things that they should know but refuse to answer. They took over 7hrs to get my taxes done,life is too short,this is not the same Washburn tax company as before,there's different people running it who charge too much for their lousy and very slow services!
