I have been interested in somatic experiencing and massage and was glad to find Chrissy right here in Stockton! I am slowing making my way through all of Chrissy’s offerings and most recently did a breathwork session with her. It was an incredible experience that mixed breathing and music tailored to my tastes that had me crying, feeling, visualizing, and being present in my body in a way that I have struggled with lately. I am grateful for the experience and I look forward to having more sessions with Chrissy in the future ?.

She checked in with how I felt to know the steps to address what heals and comforts those in stress, pain, or tension. Note that openings in clients are fixed so she may manage them well. Chrissy doesn't just provide massages she provides complete whole-body energy healing. What I love about coming to see Chrissy is her caring attitude and attentive manner. Before starting the session she asks me how am I doing and feeling in order to access what I might need. I really appreciate this because she truly accesses your energy levels and any blockages that may be present. I am at ease during the session and feel my mind and body relax and heal under her care.
