About Trinity Urgent Care
Trinity Urgent Care, serving San Joaquin and Sacramento counties, offers immediate healthcare for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, as well as occupational health services. They have two convenient locations and are known for their quick and professional service. Patients have shared that the medical staff provides great quality care. However, there have been some complaints regarding the rudeness of the front desk staff, particularly one individual. On the other hand, there have been reports of exceptional professionalism and patience shown by certain staff members, especially towards children. Despite some issues with customer service, patients express gratitude for the high-quality medical care they receive.
I went to Trinity Urgent Care today and was told by another medical office in the same building that they have moved, they didn't know where to. All of the urgent care signage is still up but they are no longer in Trinity Park.
This medical care lack communication and they mostly close up for business on weeks days i called them to asked if i can book appointment for drug test and they make me waste time coming and i was told till friday ,get there and they are out of business They make me miss my drug test.
What a waste of time

Update 2024: The staff here aren’t very friendly anymore.
Also, their hours are like bankers hours. Whats up with that. They pretty much force you to goto ER.
