I had a horrible experience today. Clementina the stylist at Morada branch was very unprofessional and rude. I did a walk in with my toddler and she refused service to us and when I asked her for the reason she began yelling and stating to come back tomorrow or come back when another stylist is here. She began to take another elder adult walk in customer. I am not sure if it's kids who she has problem with or she is just in general very rude. She needs to be removed from Supercuts. Supercuts have always been a family friendly place for my family until today, CLEMENTINA made the environment very hostile. I went in showing them a picture of the haircut I wanted. She had the photo in front of her the whole time and I had more than enough hair to work with and it was basically just a small trim. She made nearly bald.Services: Haircut

Came in yesterday to get my haircut. I had several photos showing the look i wanted i wasnt sure which style would be best for my hair type. First off the lady cut my wrong and way to short. Then once it dried it was way uneven! Called and asked what i should do they said come in tomorrow for a refund. We did that today. I was explaining the issue. The lady started to raise her voice saying it wasn't uneven. Then went on her phone and ignored us. My Mom then stepped in to try and get this resolved.
