These guys are really nice and do a good job on your car. They explain the problems very clearly. Good customer service and good work on my car that's going to last me. I highly recommend them.
I have a Carmax warranty and had issues with 2 mechanics getting my car fixed (don't think they wanted to work with Carmax). Brought my car here, and it was so easy. The other places said it would take 3 days just to get the part I needed. They got the part the next day, worked with Carmax, and got me on the road the next afternoon. Gentleman at the counter was very helpful. Glad I got a new mechanic now. The Carmax site says they have a shuttle, as with most mechanics, they do not, just a friendly heads up
Got the job done right! Funny enough, they couldn't find the key to my vehicle, so they took care of me and went over and beyond. That's the kind of service and customer care we need.
