Klent is an very amazing guy with great customer service and the both times I’ve took my car to them they have had my car up in no time I would really prefer people go here for there car services
Klint has become almost like family to us. He has great customer service and excellent communication skills. Let's us know exactly what he will be doing and how. Gives us an estimate and usually the bill come out just under the quote. Familia Automotive is just that, family style auto repair service at all times.
Took my Nissan in for stalling. Owner ran some test found it was just a bad sensor. Just charged me for the cost of the sensor from the Orileys receipt, no labor. Said he’s not going to charge me for a couple screws. Genuine mechanic.
