Wearing a mask is required to enter the salon as it is stated on the door and mandated. It made me feel very comfortable to know this business is doing its part to keep others safe by wearing their masks and not allowing anyone to remove masks. I went to get my haircut on a Tuesday, and I was able to walk right in and sit in a chair, no waiting. I wanted to have Sophia do my haircut, as she does a great job on my husband's haircuts! I went in with very long hair, it was well below the belt loops on my pants. I had Sophia cut at least 18" of my hair off, maybe even more. As a Latino this place is truly excellent even though it is an Asian Chinese place I don't know but in particular Sophia is the only one who has cut my hair and for me it is excellent

For my first visit a woman, whom I believe is the owner, gave me a haircut. She seemed to have lots of experience, but for some reason did not leave my part--meaning where I like to part my hair--where I had asked her to. And two weeks later, when I returned for another haircut, the man who works with her did the same thing. Nice enough people, but taking these kinds of liberties with my hair is unacceptable. I don't think expecting my hair to be done the way I want it done is unreasonable.
