These guys have always been top notch. I have noticed they do there best to get to you as quickly as possible but by doing so I know you can also run into delays on previously scheduled jobs and run late. However I have always felt like they have gotten to me and my family as quickly as possible. I have had them out multiple times to multiple houses and they always stay until the problem has been solved. Recently I had a company come out and tell me I needed a new ac unit and before walking in to a ten thousand dollar expense I got a second opinion from smith hearing and air. I have used Smith Heating and Air to service our heat/aircon units for years and they have always been very efficient. However, last week they went above and beyond. On Wednesday one of our units stopped working and half the house had no heat. They came out that day to repair it and we determined that the whole unit needed to be replaced. They squeezed us into their schedule and had the new unit installed on the roof (with a gigantic crane) and up and running Friday morning. Great service! I would recommend them to anyone needing reliable, professional heating/aircon installation and service.

We're so happy with our new A/C. What a difference from our old one. So much more efficient, maintains a comfortable temperature without running all day. Nice and quiet as well. Great customer service from the project manager to the installation guys. We highly recommend Smith Heating and Air!
