The service was really Great and the shop was really clean and beautiful. The employees were all so Nice and they have water or other beverages if you need something. I will be going back and taking my husband too.
We have used them about 4 times now. They do quality work. They pay attention to their clients and not on phones. They also offer hair cuts. I can't wait till Thursday to my new hairdo.
The vibe is relaxing, calm, professional and overall a good experience. I got a complimentary mimosa, you can also get water if you'd like. I opted for the CBD pedicure with French tip. Honestly super relaxed and quiet vibe! I would def come again. It is a little pricey but what isn't these days! I paid $80 for my pedi because I also got gel and French tip. But overall, you're def paying for the experience and service which to me is top tier. I think the only feedback I'd give if def follow up with your customers as they're getting their services. How is it going? Asking if they received their drink. Front desk probably forgot to grab my drink as I sat down. But Kim made sure i was given my drink promptly after a few minute of sitting in the chair. So I appreciate that It's my birthday so I thought I'd splurge and try something new. Overall it was great!
