A BIG FAT ZERO STARS...Worst experience EVER at a nail salon. I scheduled a deluxe pedi and 45 minutes later the nail tech was done. I asked, "Hey, was that the deluxe?" she said no, it's the basic. Due to the fact that she and I had been going back and forth about the nail color (long story short: I wanted a French pedi and she told me that my toenails were too dark. I told her that a French pedi is my standard for a pedi.). I also, broke a toenail a few weeks back and requested an acrylic overlay. The acrylic nail was sticking straight up off the nail bed. Second time going here. Pedicure was good. Nails on the other hand... not so good. I showed her reference pic and i asked her to make them square -crisp on the sides. Paid $120 with tip. SMH. Probably will only come for pedicures

I've been a customer for over 15 years only because the employees are kind and do excellent work. Qui does the best as far as getting nails done and and maintaining healthy natural nail growth
