I went with my husband to get an authorization form needed for DMV for his drivers license as a walk in. Excellent service & professionalism by Bob & staff. We spent an hour total there. “Bob” agreed us & informed us the process. Bob also took the time to explain other Veteran benefits which could be helpful to us & set us up with a future appt with all the paperwork we would need for this appt. By the way 2 other gentleman were waiting along with us, & got their issues resolved and left reassured of their benefits & assistance given to them too. A sincere appreciation for Bob & staff for their time & efforts! Thank you.

Very helpful staff, they helped me get a claim I was really happy! Chris called me and updated me, also was very friendly and informed me of other benefits. They actually care for the veterans. I would recommend this office for vets.

There are a lot of bad reviews about this place. I'm going to call for an appointment. I will say more on this place and the staff after my appt.appointment. ok. I just got off the phone with a very helpful and professional lady named Michelle. She set up an appt. And when she found out I was homeless she wanted to give me information on housing but I have that taken care of thanks to HUD/VASH and Mrs. Watkins. Nice job Michelle. So far so good. More after my appt.
