I cannot Thank Graystone enough for being there during my difficult time to help me with the custom upright for my Daughter. Everything with them went smoothly from our initial appointment. Joy was so easy to work with, she listened, she asked, we answered and she along with her team executed everything nicely and according to our requests. Not once did we feel pressured to change anything from what we requested or to purchase something different than what we asked for. We got a different type and very specific custom monument and they made our vision come to life. I worked with Joy for the monument for my father, and the experience was wonderful. I live out of the area, so everything had to be done via email or phone. Joy was prompt to respond to my calls or emails, and was very pleasant to work with. The process does take time, around 6 months for production and installation, and she was transparent about this.
This place was one of the greatest experiences in such a very bad time in my life ....They made it just a little bit better ...the girls in the office I believe mother and daughter in law they were so very nice to me and my family .....I would tell everyone to try this place family owned and very caring of there customers...Thank you so much to all the grey family
