Earlier this summer, my AC condenser blew up and damaged the entire unit. I received quotes from 6 HVAC companies. My relator recommended Russo's and he was right. The owner, Guy, personally came and inspected the old unit at no charge to see if it was worth repairing and concluded the best course was a full replacement. He even quoted lower than all the other HVAC companies. He gave me time to consider my options and once I made the call, he was able to get the crane and install team on site the next day (good timing too because it was 100 that day). My AC unit is old and not working correctly. I called Russo’s Heating & Air and with this heat wave they have been very busy. Cathy scheduled me in and Guy and Jr. came to fix the AC unit.
Their professionalism is commendable. Thank you for going above and beyond. Your hard work did not go unnoticed. I really appreciate you taking the time to ensure the AC unit was back to functioning properly.
