Contacted Port City Electric early morning. Spoke to Ivan about a piece of equipment that we needed to be disconnected to perform some work. Ivan met with me during lunch time to go over what needed to be done. Gave a fair estimate to complete the job and agreed to have to work done later that day. Kept in touch and communicated every step of the way. Will defiantly use them again. Fairness and honesty go a long way :).

Our business just recently had Port City Electric do work on our outside lights Ivan came out meet with us, and looked into our problem. He found the issue why our lights hadn't been working. The next day his office had a quote sent to us for the work that was needed. Once the quote was approved and signed, Port City Electric set up a date to perform the work.
