These guys are very professional and have great customer service. Chris Reyes was our inspector. He came out due to a rodent in our attic and explained everything that needed to be done. He was honest and advise me on the best solution. That was the main reason why I'll be moving forward with the Pinnacle Pest Control. If you guys live in the valley call them and ask for Chris Reyes. You won't regret it!
When we reached out we had severe rat and roach issues and the problems were entirely eliminated after the first visit. During the first visit, they sat down with us and explained the ongoing service and warranty in response to the pest issues in a easy to understand way and got right to work. Everyone we've worked with from their admin to the folks who come out to serve the home have been fabulous in both their communication and attention to detail. This team has our highest recommendation.
