He worked around our schedule, he worked quickly, and look how clean our spa is! Our hot tub was disgusting before he cleaned it. He was very nice and courteous, not to mention it was affordable. We will DEFINITELY be using his services in the future. Thank you so much!

This review is overdue, but I wanted to give Rod at Performance Spa a shout out! We moved to Stockton 18 months ago and the previous owner had used Rod and the spa was in awesome condition. Shortly after we moved in, we had an electrical issue out back that forced us to shut the spa down for 3 months and when we were able to restore power, the spa was filthy. I called Rod and he came out and gave it an excellent cleaning. But the most amazing thing he did was to spend 45 minutes walking me through how to care for the spa and use the chemicals...he made it sooo easy and left me a cheat sheet. To this day, what he taught me has allowed for simple and good management of our spa. I hear friends complain how hard it is to get the chemicals right and how much time they spend on their spa maintenance... not me! AND, he only charged me for the cleaning! So he gave me an hour of his time just to make sure I knew what I was doing. Fast forward a year, the spa was still going great, but as summer ended and I knew we would be using the spa more frequently, I called Rod and he came back and gave it another stellar cleaning. Thank you Rod for such great service and quality work!

Rod was great to work with. It was nice to get a return call unlike the other companies I contacted. Rod took care of our problem immediately and did some extras with no charge.Definetly has the "OLD SCHOOL VALUES" that unfortunately is not the norm anymore.Rod also showed us how to take care of the water and system properly.Highly recomend him
