I called Crystal Clear Pool Service to get my sand changed in my sand filter. Tom and his wife came out. I needed additional service and after spending in hour and a half talking, we agreed for him to do the work starting the next day and I would also begin utilizing their monthly service. The next day he never showed up. The day after that, I received a text that he wouldn't be doing the work. He wasted my time with a lot of talk about what he could do or have done only to be lying. I think he has the business solely for a business tax write-off, because he does no work. Don't even call this guy and waste your time.

DO NOT use this service! This couple will rip you off completely! I hired them to install a pool pump and filter and 4 months later the pump was not working. They came out 2 MONTHS after I contacted them, charged an additional $200 saying it was an electrical problem. After hiring an electrician turns out it was the pump they installed was faulty. I was originally told the pump and filter came with a warranty- so I contacted them back. I was told to not contact them? Well today I filed paperwork with small claims court. Thankful that I saved all the documentation of conversations I had with them. Very sad that this couple treats customers so horribly.
