Had a great experience! The front staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they were able to fit me in for a last-minute exam. The doctor was very kind, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated the care and efficiency. Highly recommend! Thank you La Loma Team!

Dr. Lovato is a great doctor but the office peopple are not organized at all and no customer support at all. They need an office manager that knows what he/she is doing. Expect from 3 to 5 hours to be seen by the doctor.

Despite a slight delay, both the Provider and medical assistant exhibited great kindness. I arrived for a routine PCP Visit and typically prefer a female doctor, but I felt at ease and empowered in managing my own health. Dr. Lovato proved to be exceptionally informative, effortlessly addressing all of my inquiries in a conversational manner.
