Great experience at La Loma. The staff is very professional, kind, and helpful, and they guided me through the entire process of my medical examination step by step, which made everything smooth and easy. Dr. Lovato is very kind, truly makes you feel comfortable and cared for. They are also bilingual, which is a huge plus and makes communication very easy. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lovato is a great doctor but the office peopple are not organized at all and no customer support at all. They need an office manager that knows what he/she is doing. Expect from 3 to 5 hours to be seen by the doctor.
