I hadn't seen her since 2015, but when I was back in town for an event last week, I called her last minute and not only did she work me in, we had such a wonderful time catching up, it was like no time had passed. Amazing Experience at Truth in Beauty! I recently had the most incredible facial experience at Truth in Beauty in Stockton, CA. The owner, Jamie, has over 30 years of expertise and truly knows her craft. This one-woman shop operates by appointment only, and it’s no wonder she’s so popular—her knowledge and skill are unmatched.
My session started with a double cleanse using Sorella’s Melt Away Cleansing Balm and the Apricot Mango Cleansing Milk. Jamie followed this with a Mint Poppy Seed Polish and BT Micro to lift surface dead skin. Next came the Blueberry Lime Fruit Foliant and Cherry Pepper Peel for a gentle yet effective chemical exfoliation. She also included dermaplaning and red LED light therapy, which worked wonders to stimulate collagen and elastin production.
Jamie layered hydrating, facial nectar, and hyaluronic serums from Sorella, followed by a Calm Skin Recovery Mask. She finished with Balm Moisturizer and Eminence Organics’ Daily Defense SPF 50 Tinted Sunscreen—perfect for protecting and nourishing my skin.
