Well for starters it’s the staff for me everyone there on the staff is super friendly very nice and professional the gym is always clean they always have fresh towels and the shower area is always clean

I love how friendly the staff is

Went on a Sunday afternoon. The sauna wants working, the steam room wasn’t working. Half the cardio equipment wasn’t working. It’s embarrassing to be a part of this club. Sean Elder from Manteca would never let this happen. Manteca club is always pristine. I’m sorry I don’t mean to trash this club, because that’s not my purpose. But you guys need to do better for sure. The staff was friendly. That’s about it. Please do better.

My decision to join In-Shape has been a game changer… with many options offered to get in shape or stay healthy, I highly recommend taking a tour or join and come enjoy the fun.

While walking in, checking in was easy and simple, however the ambience was off. It’s very quiet in this gym with no background music playing in any of the workout areas or locker rooms. The floors in the locker rooms were not kept up with as they were very wet. There was absolutely no air conditioning or purified air in the locker rooms, so it was very hot and smelly. The sinks were very dirty and one was even out of order. In the changing rooms in the locker rooms, there signs of mold. I believe that this gym can definitely invest in newer ceilings as there were signs of old water leaks and the carpets look very old in the walkways. A few workout machines were out of order, which was inconvenient. There was not a good amount of sanitizing rags in the workout areas and there is no designated area for them as a rag was left on top of a trash can. I can say that the amenities in this gym seem very useful and exciting although I have not experienced them yet. This gym does have amazing sport options and activities that I look forward to joining. The pool and landscaping maintenance was kept up with very nicely, which gives this location a unique look. Overall, I believe this gym needs to improve on their sanitizing and health safety precautions.

Inshape Westlane is the truth and heart and soul of inshape Stockton. This gym has everything you need to get a good workout in.

Great place to enjoy your daily workout or even just for a nice swim to cool off.workers are always friendly and helpful.class instructors are awesome as well
