Well for starters it’s the staff for me everyone there on the staff is super friendly very nice and professional the gym is always clean they always have fresh towels and the shower area is always clean

Inshape has been a great place to workout since they have all types of equipment and love spending time with my kids at the pool or playing pickleball or handball / racquetball. Cant forget staff has been nice and helpful for all my needs. Something for everyone
I like how the club is divided into smaller rooms as opposed to a large open floor plan. It has an old school vibe which some may not like, but i love. I enjoy the fact that it has mantained a good amount of the original floor plan of west lane raquet club, from the 1980s, for nostalgic reasons, and because its unique these days with all the open floor plans at other gyms. I also like using the spring loaded equipment in the circuit training area, they are rare to find these days and provide a distinctly different muscle workout as compared to other resistance machines and exercises.
