I absolutely love F4! I migrated over to this gym after trying Orange Theory in Lincoln Center when they first opened but honestly wasn't a big fan due to how many people were in the classes and also how hard it was to reserve a class time. At F4, it's the complete opposite! I've been working out at F4 since October 2019! I currently train with Oscar, who covers Ryan's classes sometimes but I've also tried Ryan's stretching class and I loved it. His teaching technique is so encouraging and doesn't ever make me feel stupid for not knowing how to do an exercise. The gym is well-kept and I love how intimate it is compared to the bigger gyms!
