I had superb customer service from Saqib at Granite Expo and wanted to recognize how much he went out of his way to help with my kitchen and bathroom project.
From the start, Saqib was punctual and professional. He took the time to walk me through all the product options and was incredibly descriptive about each one, explaining the pros, cons, finishes, and what would work best for my space and budget. He answered every question patiently and never made me feel rushed.

I recently worked with this kitchen remodeler after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. Overall, the experience was pretty solid. They showed up on time for the initial visit and took the time to listen to what we wanted instead of pushing flashy upgrades. The crew was polite and kept the work area mostly clean, which I appreciated since we were living in the house during the remodel. Communication was decent, though there were a couple days where updates could have been clearer.
