This is the best shop in Stockton hands down. Been going there for years (9 years) with Hugo never once had a bad experience. The owner is a professional unlike other barbers l've seen or gone to in the far past. I drive 30 minutes out of town just go get my cuts with Hugo simply because the haircuts and attention to detail on the cuts are the best in and outside of Stockton
