They take your devices tell you tell hours and 6 weeks goes by and lie to you with common stores such as your device is water damaged when it wasn’t. Logic board needs to be replaced when it doesn’t the iPad powered up and worked it just had a cracked screen.They claim they are a new owner and new personal but it’s the same name he just keeps changing his last name. Eliso/Elisha R/Roja/Cheo.I’m on to you and I’m catching you. I goto your business 2-3 times a day and it’s always closed.
I wonder if these are the same guys from Alpha Tech?
I have been calling and texting for over a week. They have my phone and ipad, paid up front. They dont answer or respond. They told me 1 week and it will be done but it has been over 3 weeks now. Is this place closed? I want my product back. *UPDATE- they had to close building for repairs and were closed for 2 weeks. Getting my stuff today *
