one star only because there is no option for zero stars. I have used this company in the past and have been a returning customer. No longer ... after AT LEAST 15 phone calls in 60 days (messages on office phone, speaking with office people, direct texting to technician, leaving voicemail message for technician) i've NEVER had a return call. In addition, this company told me last Fall i had a coolant leak that should be diagnosed and repaired in the Spring. A friend heard my frustration and recommended family owned B and B HVAC in stockton (209 474-8100) ; in ONE call they came out same afternoon; THOROUGHLY CHECKED SYSTEM, pressures/return temps/etc.. and assured me there...read full review

My manager gave us this number for us to call so I can get my heat fixed. These folks told us they dont do appointments and will get to me if they find the time...what kind of shadytree company is this? Should have known the "landlord" would take her business to a lower quality company just to save a couple of dollars. Shes probably related to them!
