They are really nice people when they come into my home. Very repectful. They service our a/c twice a year. They have fixed a couple of things that have happened. Not at a large bill. They keep all cost as low as possible.

I use B&B heating and air for my HVAC system maintenance. they are always professional, personal, and on time! what really set them apart from the “big boys” that they are small, family owned, and operated for three generations, and they really know their stuff! One other thing that really impresses me, is that they are not running specials to service the system for some ridiculous price like $39, so they can simply come in and try to upsell. today, I had them look at my 25 year-old heating system, they made a few tweaks, did some cleaning, and measured pressures and system outputs. they recommended two capacitors that were functioning well but... read full review

Had a great experience with B&B. This is was my second time using their company. My A/C was blowing warm air. I was able to get an appointment within one day. They arrived on time and were able to fix the problem within an hour. Service was friendly and professional and the cost was very reasonable. 100% would use them again.
