Front desk ladies are rude, unprofessional and lazy asf. Calling is impossible as they're on lunch break for like 3+ hours until 3pm. And even when they're working they don't want to work. Came in at 2:15pm to ask for some simple paperwork but apparently their office hours are not what they are on yelp so the lady didn't want to help said come back another day because they're closed. Then why the doors open and you ask me what I need? If pissing off customers is their goal, damn they really good at it. Time to find my parents a new place

Front desk staffs are extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I call in to make an appointment, an elder lady who picked up the phone always asked near the end of call, "Do you need a reminder call or not?" It's very unprofessional to ask this type of questions to begin with. If my appointment was for tomorrow, then I'd understand why she asked, but my appointment was 1 week out. It's a courtesy to call remind patients. The medical office where I work at has both robot and staff making reminder calls. Would've given 1 star if it wasn't for the nice phlebotomist and PAC that usually tend me. I don't know what happened to this place but after making appointment through phone with a-not-so-nice person, I'd cancel the appointment and go elsewhere if I was a new patient who never met the PAC who treated me here. First I wanted to know what's their earliest appointment before committing; didn't want to waste my time or their app slot. The front desk person kind of forcefully get my info without telling me what's their earliest first, luckily they have availability next week.
