Compared to other two City I lived before , Recycle bin is Crazy small , not practical at all. Also charging too high

Very efficient and friendly drivers they always do a good job

The service man is very helpful and weight the recycling properly.

My Grandfather, Leo Maionchi and my uncle Leo Maionchi Jr. Were both scavengers their entire life and they smiled and said hello to people and were pleasant and helpful employees. After my grandfather retired he spent his later years giving tours and teaching about the importance of recycling. I Back then their job was much harder they were required to do the hard work of carrying the cans to the truck and dumping the contents into the truck yet you never heard them crying like the truck drivers do today because I apparently missed my garbage pick up last week because I was literally 3.5 feet away from the curb when the truck rolled right past me to my neighbor's house. So to make his life easier I put the can on the right side of my neighbor's can so he can easily get it next. No no no he says put it back on other side, then he proceeds to dump my neighbor's garbage, then puts his truck in reverse, and presses the button for the arm to come get my can to dump it, then he stopped to inform me because he had to reverse his truck the system will flag me for not having my cans out in time and I will be charged for my tardiness He advised I put my cans out the night before.i was like really? It's honestly shocking any normal balanced person would not have acted like that going out of their way to penalize me for being right on time. Who wants people with this level of unfriendliness and this level of a chip on there shoulder coming by their house every week to do anything? These guys do not seem very happy in their job anymore. When I called to discuss what happened I was not given a person I was sent into a voicemail. 30 hours later someone from the company finally found time to reach out. I'll save my opinion on the design of the blue cans for another day.

They've been nothing but professional to work with, super easy and quick to respond, this includes everyone from customer service to the drivers. All top notch!

Great place to Take out the trash! The amount of garbage we create is enormous! Will still give it five stars even though the place could be tidied up a bit, okay a lot!!

Tired of the same old Mexican dude cussing in Spanish in the morning outside my house (I’m Hispanic ). Dude is unprofessional and aggressive for no reason . He always runs through my trash can to find something wrong and never does the same for my neighbors, always inspecting every morning like he has something against me . I record every time he shows up cussing outside my house in the morning on old mission road area by el Camino

Closing offices in a business in never easy, especially when you are trying to manage it from Atlanta. Honestly, working with SSF Scavenger Co made the process smoother and less stressful than I could have imagined. From the first call to the (what I hope is) the final call the entire team has been professional, responsive and incredibly efficient. I would like to say that Jacqueline was most wonderful when I called for assistance each time. Thank you all ~ very much!

I recently visited South San Francisco Scavenger Company on 03/04/2025 and had a deeply troubling experience due to the behavior of "OSMIN MEDINA". Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel harassed and uncomfortable. During my visit, "OSMIN MEDINA" exhibited behavior that I believe crossed a line. Specifically, the employee made inappropriate comments about my appearance, employee repeatedly made unwanted advances despite me clearly expressing disinterest. This type of behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unsafe and disrespected. DO NOT COME HERE GUYS!!! I WARNED YOU!!!!

Picked up my trash, left the bin destroyed on the curb. Now I don't have a bin to put their trash in.
