I’ve gotten my eye exam done here a few times, specifically with Dr. Chiu, and the staff/ doctors are always very warm and helpful. They answer all my questions and reassure me a lot during the pretesting and testing process. I’ve also noticed many of the employees are multilingual, which is very helpful for patients! I make sure to recommend to my family and friends to get there eye exams here!

Dr. Yang was amazing, highly recommend! She took the time to walk me through my Optomap photos in great detail and pointed out concerns to watch for in the future that no other optometrist has mentioned before.

UPDATE: I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. SFO Family Eye Care Optometry resolved my issue promptly and professionally. Their customer service team was responsive and courteous. Despite a frustrating start, they made a genuine effort to make things right. I'm pleased with the outcome and appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.
