Highly recommend Productive Rodent Proofing! Frank and Tom are thorough, skilled, personable, and dependable, and they won't give up before the job is done. I had an extremely wily rat in my garage, and they used cameras to understand its behavior, determine how it was getting in and out, seal all potential entry points, and eventually trap it after nearly a month of attention and site visits. I hope I won't need their service again any time soon, but if I do, I would gladly call them back.
A+ business to work with. The headline is they solved our tricky rodent issue, but I was impressed how they came by weekly, collected the used traps, shifted strategies as they learned more, and even did light work like sealing up our garage door to better to ensure mice couldn't get in. Their guarantee also gives me confidence, because while we haven't seen any mice since they completed work, we know we can reach out within a year if we have any other issues. Incredibly thorough, an impressive attention to detail, and super chill guys to work with. In early 2024 we thought we *might* have one mouse in our kitchen. Turns out that we had many throughout the house. We’d dealt with them in our garage previously and thought we knew what to do. While we caught a few, there were always more and they were peeing and pooping everywhere. We even saw and heard them running around our living room at night.
