Everyone here is wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is excellent all around. They also have top-notch instruments that check everything related to your eye health.
I love Optica optometry
The drs are knowledgeable and eager answer any questions. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They also have a great selection of glasses.
I’ve been here several times (today, most recently) and each visit is always an amazing experience. EVERYONE is so kind and knowledgable, and I leave knowing I received top-notch care and customer service. I need to give a special shout-out to Trenda, whose kindness and expertise truly made my weekend.
The general office vibe is modern and relaxing, and the thorough exams never fail to impress me. (I think I say “This is cool.” at least three times when I see the exam tech.) I’ve been treated by each optometrist, and they are so awesome and patient and caring.
