I’ve had Master Appliance come out to my place twice now: once for a broken laundry machine and the other for a leaking fridge. The laundry machine broke down after less than 5 years because of a failed controller board. They actually recommended that I just buy a new unit, since replacing the board would cost nearly as much as a new machine and there was no guarantee I wouldn't have more issues down the road. They even recommended a different brand that would last longer, noting that the one I had is known for ongoing quality issues. They didn't even charge me for the visit. Called them and Faig was able to come out on the same day. Was wonderful with the communication from the start to finish. Able to take a look at the problem we were experiencing and provide an honest evaluation. Great experience as a customer

Fast reply to enquiry, Next day repair at my time and convenience. Repaired my Dryer fast after a thorough detailed review of machine and diagnosis. Cost was competitive and workmanship, clean up and use of Manufacturers parts all excellent. Get Igor on your list for any appliance repairs.
