Inland is easily the worst shipping company in North America. I have had four orders from Crate & Barrel shipped using Inland. Two of them took more than a month to anrrive and two were delivered to the wrong address. I do not recommend this company.

Do not use this company. They are completely unresponsive and unreliable. I ordered a package through a third company, which used Inland Logistics as the shipper. The order never arrived. When I tried to reach out to Inland Logistics, their customer feedback form was not answered, and their phone number does not work. When I reached out to the original company, I was told that Inland claimed that the package was undeliverable to the address, which is an obvious lie, as I have never had a problem in the many years I have lived at the shipping address. No attempt has been made at re-delivery. It's a shame companies try to use such clear-cases of lowest common denominator... read full review

I ordered a package from Crate & Barrel as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife two weeks before leaving on a short vacation. The package was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days, so plenty of time. The gift was in a warehouse in NJ (I'm in New York - so not very far away) and just sat there for five days. It then went for delivery and the status changed to "in transit" which the customer service team said meant the package would be delivered that day.
