If I could I would leave 0 stars review. What an awful experience with this company. I ordered an item with Crate&Barrel. Mind you, I live in Chicago, Illinois, shipping originated from Romeoville, IL. I waited patiently for my package to be delivered. My initial delivery date was scheduled for Thursday Feb 9th or Friday February 10th. Friday comes and delivery date has been changed to Monday Feb.13th. Monday comes and goes, still no package. In the meantime I contacted C&B, first I was being told to wait. Terrible is an understatement — I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Pretty much the same complaints as everyone else regarding my Target order. I’ve called for three days straight and no response. I’m 99% this company is a scam and does not deliver packages, I’m shocked Target uses them.

I wish I could rate them 0/5 stars. I can’t believe a major retailer like Target actually uses this sham of a courier company. I don’t think I will be ordering from them anymore knowing they might ship it via Inland logistics. The tracking said my package was in my town one day, then it was in a completely different state the next day. It didn’t move from that point forward. Inland is impossible to get a hold of, but when they finally answered me via email they said my package would be arriving within the next week.
