I personally loved Lennie she is really sweet and very professional. It was my first time getting my hair colored professionally, I typically do the box at home colors. She explained the process for how long it would take to get the color I wanted and and she had to do two sessions just to lighten my hair up so i can get the grey i wanted. During this whole process she was kind and made me feel like I was at home. I love the outcome we have now I still have a little ways to lighten and perfect the tone I want but she left me feeling good and I've had plenty of compliments. But overall to me she is a perfect fit and I have found my hairstylist and a new friend, she treated me and my kids as family.
