I took away 1 star cuz I discovered some staff aren't as detailed with helpful info that I got the other day from Minh. I'm really miffed that a previous staff member told me Costco no longer does bifocals which I found out yesterday ISN'T true. Minh was great & the next time I need glasses, I will specifically request that he helps me.
Super nice and helpful. Cashier didn't press for me to get my eyes dilated at extra cost. Quick, simple and very convenient. I didn't even have an appointment this time I just walked in.
I mostly had good experience with this place. Staffs are super helpful once they're 1:1 with you.
But it’s unacceptable that they sometimes skip the number to help someone without a number for more than 20mins. Why do we draw number then?
