It’s a well staffed location. I went on a Saturday at 11 and went through their shelves and picked out two frames. They had three windows for mens glasses that are large frames - which isn’t that common. Tino reached out to help me and he was so nice and professional. He presented the lens option and helped me submit for VSP benefits. And he even helped me do over my glasses I wore going in. Such a pro. Can’t wait to pick up the new glasses !
I took away 1 star cuz I discovered some staff aren't as detailed with helpful info that I got the other day from Minh. I'm really miffed that a previous staff member told me Costco no longer does bifocals which I found out yesterday ISN'T true. Minh was great & the next time I need glasses, I will specifically request that he helps me.
Super nice and helpful. Cashier didn't press for me to get my eyes dilated at extra cost. Quick, simple and very convenient. I didn't even have an appointment this time I just walked in.
